In this blog, we would like to share the improvements we have made to our Eversoul Section including a complete Tierlist Overhaul!
Let us discuss all the changes below.
Tierlist – Meta Lines
Those who visit our other sections might have noticed these lines in Tierlist there and now we are bringing it over to Eversoul Section. These lines will help showcase information much more clearly on what these rankings denote in various different Tierlists! S in PVE does not hold the same value as S in specialized content such as Guild Raid after all. They will serve as quick information on what units should one focus on while team building for a particular content and what to use in lack thereof.
Tierlist – Artifact Investment
Eversoul is now 1.5 years old. With the passing of time more and more players are far ahead of the Legendary + Artifact assumption we have used all this time. While we simply cannot just assume Origin Artifact for the tier list as a basic assumption due to the steep costs involved, we have now marked various characters on the tier list with OG/ET+/ET marking, signifying that we suggest this level of Artifact Investment for the said characters and their placements in the tier list are reflective or such investments over and above the basic Legendary+ assumption.
Some of these are crucial for characters to function, while some are most often used characters you will not suffer a loss on by raising them.
Tierlist – High Investment/Flex
In addition to marking down Artifact Investment for various characters in the previous section, some characters will additionally have $ sign on them signifying High Investment/Flex. While not necessary, investing these characters into their Origin Artifact significantly increases the quality of life or is essential to Raid Scores Min-Maxing for those aiming to be at the top.
Tierlist – Secondary Roles
Definitely, the most important change we would say for Eversoul is that tier lists can now display characters in multiple roles in order to serve the diverse builds possible in Eversoul more accurately – especially given the recent trend of high-value characters having dual kits!
Ever wondered how Eve performs as DPS in various game modes or how versatile Dominique can be? Now you can see it with ease – as each tier list will have multiple characters assuming secondary roles tailored to the game mode itself (however characters with Dual Kits such as Eve or Catherine Radiance will be always rated on both possible roles in every tier list).
Tierlist – Guild Raid Overall
We have introduced a brand new tier list – Guild Raid Overall!
This tier list is aimed towards rating the character’s general useability in the mode as a whole rather than rating specific meta compositions. The more bang for the buck a character will give you, the higher rated it will be (S-SSS) whereas the more specific build units will be rated lower in A and units not worth the effort below (B-C).

Specialties/Filter Revamp
A long overdue change – we have completely overhauled the Speciality Filters for the Eversoul section aiming at more frequently required filters such as various Debuffs, Mana Manipulation, and more!
The full list of new specialties looks like this:

Everoul x Date A Live Collaboration
Last but not least, we have added both Tohka Yatogami and Kurumi Tokisaki to the website, along with preliminary ratings on where they would end up in the Global Server based on their performance in the JP server so far – special thanks to Fluffypecker for sharing the information. They are pretty average to say the least as things stand, but maybe it will change over time.
Please note that skill translations are not official, so there may be some discrepancies with official versions.

Other Updates
For those who might have missed it earlier, we have updated the Eversoul section to use newer and fancier Character Profiles, separating content on the character page into various tabs instead of one long scroll for ease of access! Check out Larimar, for example on how it looks.
Furthermore, we recently updated all our gear recommendations splitting them into PVE and Raids! They are available under Build info under the Profile Tab on Character pages!
Lastly, we have also added two guides in case you missed them! Beginner’s Guide (going over everything Eversoul offers its players) and PvP Guide (going over basic information about PvP in Eversoul, Standout Souls, and Champions Arena Treasure breakdown!)

Wow, that a lot of stuff down! Next, we will be focusing on updating/adding Guild Raid Guides, World Raid Guides and updating all the old reviews throughout August/September!
