New Character: Ezio (Star 6✦)

Ezio has an exclusive weapon system. His Insight II outfit features the Armor of Altäir.

He is a Star Afflatus DPS character. He stacks up [Synchronization] by attacking to get his ultimate instead of using Moxie. He has [Assassination], a new mechanic that increases Final DMG based on Critical Technique. Whenever an ally triggers [Assassination], Ezio accumulates buffs that buff the whole teams’ damage output.

He also has a brand new weapon mechanic! You can pick between 3 primary weapons and 3 secondary weapons in the pre-battle interface for a total of 9 different combinations! Primary weapons provide strong mechanical effects, while secondary weapons enhance each of these effects differently. He has follow-up, Ultimate, and Poison synergy!

Primary Weapons

• Venetian Falchion: Ezio’s Ultimate is considered a follow-up attack and his incantations mark enemies; whenever allies attack marked enemies, Ezio will perform a follow-up attack.
• Condottiero War Hammer: Ultimate performs more attacks (the QTE attacks) and its Final DMG increases.
• Captain’s Sword: Ezio deals bonus Genesis DMG based on the number of [Poison] stacks with every attack. His attacks also inflict [Poison].

Secondary Weapons

• Butcher Knife: When paired with Venetian Falchion, Ezio will trigger follow-up attacks whenever an enemy is killed.
• Channeled Cinquedea: When paired with Condottiero War Hammer, Ezio gets [Synchronization] each round.
• Sultan’s Knife: When paired with Captain’s Sword, [Poison] on a defeated enemy transfers to other enemies.

Each weapon combination also enhances his Ultimate in different ways.

At max [Synchronization], Ezio’s Ultimate [Branding of Faith] will cast automatically and deal damage to a single target of your choice at the start of the next round. During his ultimate, you can choose between [Arrow of Faith] and [Edge of Faith] in a quick-time-event-style menu. [Arrow of Faith] deals more damage to low HP enemies while [Edge of Faith] deals more damage to high HP enemies.

If you pull 100 times on this banner, you get a copy of Ezio for free! This free copy does not affect your pity. After that, every 60 pulls (total 160, 220, 280, etc.) also grants you an extra copy of Ezio! This means you are guaranteed to P5 Ezio at 280 pulls.

New Character: Kassandra (Mineral 6✦)

Like Ezio, Kassandra doesn’t have Moxie—she uses [Adrenaline] to charge her Ultimate instead. Both her special attacks and Ultimate require [Adrenaline], which you gain through her normal attack incantations and Insight passive.

At Insight II, she gets a new exclusive ability system that grants Force Field effects. She gets Insight Ability points that you can use to customize her build across 3 branches.

• Way of Ares: Inflicts [Gash] and triggers a [Sparta Kick] for every stack of [Gash].
• Way of Artemis: Inflicts [Lethal Injury], which allows all characters to trigger [Assassination] even if they don’t have it innately.
• Way of Nyx: After scoring a critical hit with her ultimate [Rushed Assassination], she gets the Preparation status, which grants her another [Rushed Assassination] as a Versatile incantation. When any ally triggers Assassination or uses their ultimate, Kassandra gains [Adrenaline], allowing her to cycle her ultimate very quickly.

New Character: Alexios (Beast 5✦)

He’ll be completely free! You can get him and all five Portrays just from playing the game. He needs [Adrenaline] to get his ultimate; his Insight passives and attacks grant [Adrenaline]. When he’s on a team with other [Assassination] characters, any triggered [Assassination] gives Alexios a chance to cast his ultimate immediately. This chance is even higher with Kassandra on the team. His ultimate also has the [Assassination] property and deals Reality DMG to all enemies.

First Half: La Primavera di Firenze

The first half features battle stages with no Hard mode. This storyline splits into two branches, which both feature Clear Drop rewards (1200 drops in total!).

There’s also a mode called [Into the Shadows], which unlocks after clearing the main event story. It feature Florence, the villa in Monteriggioni, and Venice; you can upgrade each with resources to boost assassins’ stats and unlocks items that provide benefits for characters.

Second Half: Drama in Athens

The stages feature the Akropolis of Sparta and the Temple of Apollo. You can acquire gear with unique effects. You’ll also investigate and assassinate Cultists (and maybe critters).

Rewards

Note on the Free Roaring Blessing: It gives 90 Clear Drops and Picrasma Candy (30 Stamina) per day, for a total of 2700 Clear Drops and 900 Stamina. This stacks with Roaring Month.
