New Character Springfield

Springfield is a Support character with 2 main gimmicks – the first being providing strong healing to allies with Overheal converted to offensive buffs. Her second gimmick is triggered when allies receive damage, it will make Springfield summon her Eagle’s Counter Attack while healing the ally who got hit and with Overheal if any, being converted to offensive buffs.

New Character – Faye

Faye is a 5-star Vanguard character who deals Physical damage. She can be gained for free upon completing the event. She can apply special debuffs on enemies that increase their Physical damage taken and reduce their defense. She can also heal by attacking enemies who are inflicted with her special debuff. Faye is also able to deal damage to enemies around her main target with her axe attack.

Elmo will join forces with Zucchero Cafe for the originally simple mission of doing some food products testing. However, things go south quickly. We will see many familiar faces, as we embark on this ‘simple’ mission. Springfields bond story will also be available in the story.

New Gamemode – Relic Recycling (Roguelike)

Due to the demands of collectors and other groups of interests, many Hunters are commissioned to enter the yellow zone, to collect the relics with some of them originating from ancient civilizations, and the commander being a renowned brief hunter is no exception. Players will obtain a buff after completing any stage, with stages increasing in difficulty as you play.

New minigame: Zucchero Cat Cafe

This minigame will be released in the first half of Mimisbrunner’s Repris, this will be a real-time minigame when players will try to make the customers’ respective drink orders as quickly as possible while there’s a countdown

Girls Frontline x Girls Frontline 2 Account binding

You will be able to link your GFL account to your GFL 2 account, to obtain rewards including Oath Rings Gems and such, additional rewards will be given based on the amount of paid currency in the Girls Frontline account when binding takes place.

Minigame: Intensified Action Simulation Season 2

This minigame will be released in Mimisbrunner’s Repris second half. Two new versions of characters will be added, Klukay’s Racing skin and Belka’s Halloween skin.

Minigame: Road Expansion

This minigame will be released in Mimisbrunner’s Repris second half. An expansion of the previous Monopoly-like gamemode, -some feedback was taken from players to make some changes and adjustments. Players will be able to race with various Characters and experience this together

Anniversary Welfare

60 Free Pulls – With 10 Limited and 10 Standard Pulls being able to be claimed immediately after the version update.
- A total of 20 Limited Pulls can be obtained by logging over 7 days for both the first half and second half of the event.
- Players logging in on Anniversary December 21st will be able to obtain an additional 10 Limited Pulls, while max-level players will be able to claim 10 Standard Pulls after the update drops.
Global Release Celebration Rewards – 5 Limited and 5 Standard Pulls will be obtained through mail due after the Global release.
Character and Weapon Selection Banner – A Selector Banner with the options of Dushev, Suomi, Ullrid, and Zhao in a Character Banner with their respective Signature weapon for Weapon Banner.
- Players will be able to select the character they are going for and the selected character will be guaranteed for the first time players hit 80 pity. Please note that pity for this special banner will not transfer to other banners.

Limited Time Skin Reruns – All Limited Skins will have a rerun and be able to be obtained in skin shop, for premium paid currency or real life money.

Double First-Time Bonus Paid Currency Refresh – All first-time bonus for double-paid currency will be refreshed after the Anniversary update drops.
Selector Packs – A selector pack will be released in the shop where commanders will be able to select between Suomi, Klukay, Centaureissi, and WA to be obtained. And a similar pack for their respective signature weapons.
Web Event: Elmo Defenders – New gameplay will be added to Web Event where players can obtain in-game rewards and could win some IRL rewards.
Girls frontline 2 China Post Collab – Commanders who log in for more than 7 days during the first half and leave their entry personal information and some blessing for the character, will have a chance to receive reply mail from the characters IRL.
Limited-time GFL 2 edition Transport Card – Commanders can get limited-time Transportation Cards after the version drops. While logging in to those collabed Transportation apps can give additional in-game rewards after that. The Transport Card will be able to be used across China, more information will be released in a future announcement.

Girls Frontline 2 Fotobox collab – Players will be able to take a selfie with a GFL character from the Zucchero Cafe. Players in Beijing Guangdong Shanghai Chengdu and Wuhan will also have a special photo booth – more details will be released through announcements in the future

Quality of Life Improvements and Changes

Generic

Auto Gameplay Adjustments – Players will be able to make some adjustments, to set when content auto will be automatically turned on and more. This will only be released in the second half of the update.

Shop UI adjustment – An adjustment will be made to Shop UI to make it much easier and more convenient. This will also only be released in the second half of the update.

Dust frontline BOSS update

A new boss of the Elid faction will be added to the next season of Dust Frontline. A new feature will be added after the season to allow players to check their and respective Guild Members performance during Dust Frontline after it ends.

Neural Upgrade Expansion (Mod Key)

The following characters: Tololo, Colphne, Sabrina, Ksenia, and Centaureissi will obtain a Neural Upgrade (Mod Key) after the version drops, more details will be released in future announcements.

There are plans to make the 3D dorm like the players home – there will be a lot of customizable options and places for players to place their achievements,

Immersive Ultimate Animation

There are plans to integrate the respective environment into the Ultimate to make it more immersive.

Physical Element rework

Physical has a natural weakness compared to other elements as it cannot benefit from elemental weakness, there are plans to rework Physical damage to have additional gimmicks against enemies to make Physical team more unique and usable.

Centauressi Character Event Rewrite

Plans for changes will be made to the Centauressi event story to make it more complete based on player feedback.

Upcoming Characters:

Levva (Ump45) will be released in the future with the silhouette of other characters.

Skins in Development

Because of player feedback, there are more skins in development that will be added in the future.
